ResumeFinch helps you write and download a resume. This page explains what we store and why.

What we collect

• The resume content you type, saved so you don't lose your work.
• An anonymous account identifier, created automatically when you open the builder.
• Your email address, if you sign in with Google or an email link before downloading.
• Subscription status from our payment provider, Polar. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Only to run the service: saving your resume, generating your files and checking that your plan is active. We don't sell your data or share your resume with employers or third parties.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication and storage, and Polar as merchant of record for payments, taxes and invoices. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Deleting your data

Email support@resumefinch.com from the address on your account and we'll delete your resumes and account within 30 days.
